President of Physician Licensing Service receives the Patriot Award

Earlier this week, Founder and President of Physician Licensing Service, Jon Law, received the Patriot Award from the National Committee of ESGR (Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve) in recognition for his on-going support of our very own serviceman, Joey Whaley, as he tends to his duties with the Utah National Guard. “By having a job like this, I know that I can leave on military service and be welcomed back by my employer with open arms and feel as though I am an asset to the team and the company,” said Whaley who recommended Jon to the committee.
He also commented that, “Since I joined the Guard I have been gone for a total of about 63 weeks. All of that time has been broken up into different segments, without a deployment. Over the course of that time, I have been able to leave and come back, often times on very short notice.  Jon has been extremely supportive to me, and more importantly to my family. He has been a friend and a mentor, and has provided everyone at PLS a great place to work.”

About Physician Licensing Service

Now in our 14th year of business, Physician Licensing Service has been changing the face of healthcare licensure.  We have developed a proven system to remove the barriers common to state medical licenses and get doctors practicing in record time.  Our business model focuses on simplifying the process for all involved parties. This includes the state medical boards themselves, because PLS takes great care to keep abreast of their updates in this ever changing field, and work within those guidelines. For a doctor seeking a medical license, PLS will take on the entire process, including eligibility research, paperwork, verifications, and follow up.
